The degree of bank transparency in handling individuals fund's are zero, the way I am seeing it is that banks set their Network to be bad so that they can keep on holding peoples fund's without any reasons and be wanting the customers to go make a lot of complaints which would take long for them to attend to, going to the bank now in Nigeria you would see hundreds of people queueing up to see their customer care because of one complaint to another.
Most of the people would tell you that they had a declined transaction for about four weeks but their account was debited and even when they struggle to get inside the bank with the hundreds of people standing in line, the bank customer care will only tell them to wait for five days or more for bank to update them on their complaint, and at a time like this not all of the customer's complaint would even get to be resolved,
But I wonder what do stopped the bank to open up on the actual thing that is going on with them, if that is how they want to run the banks or if their network give them problem sometimes, people funds are in talking and keeping it more than necessary is wrong because some may be business money which the business owner may need to go buying of goods to sell and turned over the capital.
The way banks are run isn't good at all, right now in Nigeria, visiting a bank is just like visiting a presidential office because it is hard to pass through the door and get Inside because of too much people have similar problem.
This make me understand that banks are not transparency in anyway because those complaints that the people came for are there in their database, they have seen it but refused to do the right thing, they will needs the customer's present before they do any thing helpful to them which shouldn't be so, why not set a network that is so effective in handling matter's, to reduce stress in banking.
