ETAC inc (US Veteran Jobs) offers IT training and career search/resume assistance for veterans, the training is paid for by which ever company offers you employment (the company also receives training for existing IT staff). The only cost to veterans is a $500 fee for career counseling and résumé services, but there is a hardship program in partnership with Victory for Veterans, and also the option to pay in installments with the amount that you are financially comfortable with.
