$15k-$20k is quite low and will be about 70% drop from ATH. The market have demonstrated very unpredictable, I won't agree or disagree at you projection, Robert Kiyosaki predicted $17k bottom for BTC, so its all speculations with the market having the final say. I do think we might still dip further though.
