I read a lot of books and this is a way for me to try and retain more information, so I will endeavor to do at least a few of these posts every week if I keep my reading volume high (I work night shifts where all I can do is read and write).

Yep, longevity is one of my favs too - it's one of the more optimistic fields of scientific inquiry right now.
