I don’t understand how this can happen? I thought stable coins had a very tight trading range by design with 2-5 cents of 1 dollar. The reference to the stability fee being used to control the price of the stable coin suggests that the peg is much more complicated then having the stable coin backed by dollars, and the producer being willing to buy back all tokens for a dollar at any time. Hmmm maybe I should make a stable coin where I back it one to one with dollars and guarantee to always provide liquidity between 98-100 cents on a limited number of exchanges!
