Christmas is one of the most exciting times of the year for me! 馃巹 It's a period of immense joy and celebration. While not everyone shares the same beliefs, I believe commemorating the birth of Christ isn't inherently wrong. Whether or not December 25th is the actual birth date is beside the point - it's about the spirit of celebration.
What I love most about Christmas is the festive atmosphere and the activities that come with it. Here are some things I enjoy doing during this time:
"Travelling" Visiting my hometown, reconnecting with relatives, and giving back to the community by participating in clean-up initiatives is truly fulfilling.
Other ones like nature escapes, Swimming, exploring the village, and soaking in the natural beauty of my surroundings is a great way to unwind.
Watching masquerade performances with my siblings and enjoying traditional music is always a highlight.
I also love visiting my uncles, aunts, and other relatives who've come home for the holidays is a cherished tradition, other things i enjoy is preparing traditional dishes and arranging food is a labor of love for me.
The Christmas season brings people together, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to connect with loved ones and create lasting memories.
