by the way, what you see is a monument......
Palgakjeong...... (‘Palgak Jeong’ means ‘Octagonal Pavilion’)
and it sits in the middle of Bugak Mountain....and from where you can also...enjoy 360 degree views of Seoul..
BUT.....there is no public transportation up there.......so...youre gonna have to walk.....LOL
just a few miles...... up-hill.......
