Well, this is partly pun, couplet -- a 2 line poem and sarcasm.
It has become a common knowledge today that not everyone who are called are called. In other words, these days, all over the place, we have people who profess themselves to be persons of God such as pastor etc. but they are not called. So, in the quest to prove to the congregation they are real, they try and 'speak in tongue', which is not divine at all but bunches of gibberings put together and by them people fall into their evil ploys. This mimmicks them, just for fun.
