Both of your comments have made such a difference in my day! I will keep working on this! As I mentioned in my article I was once involved (by accident) in medical corruption. It took me one day to work out what was going on and I could never have anything to do with it again - gross! The doctors as you stated are just as much to blame as the companies who produce these dangerous drugs. They share the responsibility and should be prosecuted for negligence and have their licenses revoked. Doctors have forgotten their Hippocratic oath and many have become no more than willing consorts of big pharma. Unless it is at the beginning of a sentence I refuse to capitalize the word doctor, just like university and government - they don't deserve the capitalization. In my life I have only met one doctor that I trust and recently after many years of not seeing her I dropped by her clinic to tell her this!
