Things won't turn around for Hive because the elite isn't interested in it - really. We had a proposal by @mantequilla-soft aimed at burning some of the DHF funds and it didn't receive support from the Hive elite.
What I think might do well, is a burn proposal with long fuse f.e. - someone with good community standing like @gtg, @howo or you, would receive some funds from DHF that would be put into pools on @magi.network and after certain period it would be burnt or put back into the DHF.
Current proposals (apart from the return proposal and HBD stabilizer) are directly hurting Hive price and Hive economy because they bring Hive price down and give no measurable effects.
