Seems like prior to august there are storms raging all over the crypto world, we see red days followed by green days followed by red days.
This is a great opportunity to get some cheap BTC and then some cheap altcoins, like a combo you'd get as much BTC as you could with the least fiat money and then buy as much alts with the most BTC you got for the least money, it's great.
I would recommend you to buy tether which is linked to the dollar, so you can think of tether like it were dollars, and then wait until 10-8 days before the fork to buy bitcoin with tether and alts with the bitcoin you buy.
You can find tether being traded for BTC and ETH on bittrex for example, tether is represented with the symbol USDT.
You shouldn't try to get the cheapest price you can for BTC because you probably wont predict it right so just determine a day for when you will definitely buy BTC with tether and do it.
You should buy at least one week before the fork because the exchange might close a week before the fork. Once the dust settles the prices will probably sky rocket for not only BTC but all coins, so be careful not to buy up the alts to close to one week before the fork or else you may end up having to buy BTC at a high price after the fork.
You can choose your favorite coins, mine are safex, siacoin, syscoin, BAT and of course NLC2 but NLC2 is doing so well during these dumps that it most probably wont dump.
