On The Beach
We all live under the same sun, live close or visiting beaches always good destination for fun, perhaps a large lake with beaches are appealing or seaside venues, share whichever are closest.
Pristine beaches in conservation area as is shown below, beaches are special no matter where, come join in Beach Wednesday and share your photography, let us know a little more about your relationship with the beach. Always remember to leave only footprints when visiting.
Once a week to rejuvenate mind, body and soul for oneself and the dogs to face the next week, think about the last and unpack it all into the sea, just let go.
Our local beach has become dirty over the years, now most arrive with a bag to collect trash as they walk, consider cleaning your beaches when you visit.
Sand between the toes grounded enjoying the ebb and flow of water, not only the sound but the feeling of washing negative vibes away, an excellent tonic to relax.
Not many photographs from weekend walk taking my late brothers dog, long break for Sarge, once again on the beach having fun with Woody.
Arrived around 09h00 not too early since weather had promised rain early morning, magic happened all round with rain on the sea but not coming to the shore, the walk was a success, we were hardly back in the car after an hour and a half when the heavens opened with the next round of rain, good timing!
Before leaving the area we walk has healthy dunes re-establishing, no high rise buildings as further up the shoreline as can be seen looking/zooming in up the coast.
Where the miniature lighthouse is there is a swimming pool for those who enjoy swimming in sea water but not the sea, rocks are a favourite for the fishermen who arrive at dawn to enjoy a possible catch.
