Losing a friend of many years on Friday one accepts after an eventful life. Sunday my neighbour passed away running Comrades Marathon, such a young healthy lovely father of four children, such a shock to everyone who know them, we have little say over our destiny.

Much like yourself I tend to go quiet when such events happen, yet a brisk walk, a talk to the birds trying to fathom out our part in life does help.
