Tucked neatly into the valley going up into the mountains, where fresh rivers run through, Jersey cows happy out in the fields close to Underberg in the Drakensberg.

Outside the entrance all the herbs and spices freshly grown for use.

Full cream Jersey milk, no preservatives, no colourants and no animal rennet are used in the making of our exciting cheeses.

River Glen Farm, with Underberg Cheesery supplies Jersey Dairy Farm cheese some with a twist of flavour to tempt the taste buds on a totally new level, yes my family love cheese and the variety offered here really are pleasing.

Some of the farm scenery to give you a taste of the area, really for a person who does not enjoy shopping trips going to places like this I have no argument.

Flowers in autumn leading up to the farm were pretty, in spring the road is lined with fruit trees in blossom, a very pretty little farm road to travel along.

Cows were out in the pastures, no photo's of them I am afraid. Sense of humour is always abundant in South Africa, here is one as you leaving the farm...

Whenever we go into the mountains a place we must visit on the way home is the cheese farm, this little spot has become a hit for everyone at home so always keep some cash ready to bring home loads of cheese they are that good!
