Today I wanna share to you my simple celebration on my birthday. Since we don't have extra budget to hold a party we just opted to eat in a local resto here in the city. We went to a Chinese restaurant known as Mandarin Tea Garden. The place is nice and it's very peaceful. I like it here! The crews were so kind and hospitable. I never felt awkward trying it here the first time. And for sure I would see myself here next time.
We ordered a few dish. Well mostly is our favorite. I had a Seafood Chopsuey(sauteed vegetables). My daughter
@prettyashley go for grilled pork and my husband has beef brisket. Then we also add some noodles like "bijon". Did you know that we Filipinos believe that a celebration should have something long dish like noodles to have a longer life hahahaa... Well that's one of our superstitious belief but I guess it doesn't have to be followed. It's a choice anyway.
I really thank God for this simple yet wonderful celebration of my birthday. It's not grand but having these people around me, it's more than enough! To my husband who's always there for me and to our family.. I love you so much and thank you!
