Cómo se espanta al gato
Que juega con la madeja
De nudos en mi garganta

Cuál conjuro o maña
Truco o desvarío
Para remar lejos
De pensamientos
Este río

Cuándo se alcanzan
El silencio y la mudez
Mi roce y tu tez
Tu hielo y mi frío

Dónde anida
Aquel sueño que perdido
De tu regazo añora
Solo para ver la hora
De mirarse en ti rendido

Quién el suspiro atrapa
Los bordes del sortilegio
De este lugar sin llegada
Con senderos de misterio

How the cat is scared
Who plays with the skein
Knots in my throat

Which spell or trick
Magic or delusion
To row away
Of thoughts
This river

When they are reached
Silence and muteness
My touch and your face
Your ice and my cold

Where it nests
That dream that was lost
Longs for your lap
Just to see the time
Of looking at you surrendered

Who the sigh catches
The edges of the spell
From this place without arrival
With trails of mystery
