I attended a concert and found my shoes had left me by intermission. I woke up annoyed. The dream dictionary pointed out that I'm not prepared for something. Or maybe my dream is preparing me to get ready for a doozy.
I could blame the coffee that I rarely choose to drink. It tasted sooooo good. I enjoyed it with some pumpkin spice almond milk. I drank loads of water to counter it. Also, I had a good dose of melatonin to insure I fell asleep. Maybe I was thinking about concerts because a friend invited me to the LA Phil to play catch up and I organized my shoe closet before bed.
Plop a love interest in the shoe disappearing concert and there now, you have a confounded JNET.
Did he help me find my shoes? Was I embarrassed before a crowd? Did my shoe disappearance cause an uproar? No. I was wearing a long gown at a formal event where many women would happily abandon their high heels for a moment of relief. A woman graciously offered me her pair of shoes. I declined.
The man was a fixture in the dream that was not inspired to do more than compound my private confusion.
I don't lose many things in my waking life and when I do, it's massively annoying. Lose things in a dream, it's still annoying.
It's the weekend. I plan to write of last weekend's fun and
maybe get prepared for a doozy from the mysterious man
and find my shoes.
