Here we will see a small mushroom with an orange statue on it. This small fungus is often referred to as the Mycena Acicula mushroom, this small fungus is very well known as one of the mushrooms with the orange hat, this fungus grows on dead wood branches and also on other wood debris on the forest floor, we can find this fungus in under trees that have a lot of branches, because this fungus will grow on these branches on the forest floor, we can also find it along rivers and other wet places. They have a reddish-orange cap with a small shape, they have yellowish and slender stems, we can see here that this mushroom has pale yellow gills with whitish edges. And some other Mycena also look similar to this fungus, but can be distinguished by the difference in size.
Initially the cap is convex but when this mushroom is ripe, it will expand into a bell shape, sometimes even the cap has a small umbo that suddenly protrudes in the middle, this mushroom has the edge of the cap that is very tightly attached to the stem when it is young, often widened or slightly curved inward, and also with a smoother surface of the cap that is even almost translucent when moist, The color which was red when young, will soon turn yellowish at the edges and will gradually fade to a bright yellowish orange color . The flesh of this mushroom is very thin, brittle, and very easy to break, and it also has no characteristic odor or taste.
