It's another Chooseday, we choose to be happy or to be sad or allow stress to crown our day.
This day had mixed reactions, but it was a great day.
It was a day to give health talk in Institute for child health unit.
We talked on the topic foods that boost immunity.
It was a great talk, after that we continued with our normal daily activities, attending to patients.
I left work later in the afternoon to go home and relax for the day.
It was a day.
