I could have tagged today as rainy day but something else took over it's place.
Because most days are rainy day but standardization is happening once for my program.
I went to work early to sign in and identify that I would be going for standardization in the other part of the hospital before heading there.
I got there to meet an empty space, just a few people had come.
I sat quietly with one of my colleague from my unit to wait for others.
We were notified later or come arrange some things for the Standardization.
It started later on with some sets back but we eventually finished it up well.
We worked on some cereals, grains, and tubers.
A serving of them containing 15g CHO.
We first made 100g of each before measuring out to the nearest value of the 15g CHO.
It was an interesting practical.
Which ended well in the afternoon, rain held us back for sometime before heading home to rest up for the day.
I was exhausted.
