It's Chooseday and it's a day to agree on how you want to enjoy your day.
It's encouraged that you embrace happiness in abundance on this day, that no matter what you would be happy.
This last statement I made, reminded me of what I experience on Sunday.
I was verbally abused by my senior colleague, this made me so angry but I had to maintain my calmness.
Though I was very angry with the situation because verbal abuse gets to me so easily and quickly.
The good part was, it was close of work, so I bottled my emotions back home.
Though the only way that would make me feel much better is talking to someone about it, which gladly I was able to talk to someone about it.
My colleague took unaware photos of I and the other of my colleague on this day with my phone, I didn't even know until when I was going through my phone.

She never cease to amaze me.
Well, this is us on duty waiting for patients to come, so we can attend to them.
Sometimes, during this wait.
We talk about some health related topics, most times random life affairs or issues.
I enjoy any of these talks.
They make my day amazing.
My day went well and I am so grateful to God.
