When the weather causes a change of plans [Esp/Eng].

Qué genial que llegara el lunes, día en que visito esta maravillosa ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  para acompañar a nuestra amiga@melinda010100 en su excelente ¨ShadowHunters-SMAShContest¨:   Seguro recordarán que les había comentado en uno de mis posts que les había preparado algunas tomas de sombras que hicimos en el predio, y como una promesa es una deuda, deseaba enseñarles estas tomas preciosas.

It’s great that Monday has arrived—the day I visit this wonderful ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  to join our friend @melinda010100 in her excellent ¨ShadowHunters-SMAShContest¨:   You surely remember I mentioned in one of my posts that I had prepared some shadow shots we took on the property; and since a promise is a promise, I wanted to show you these lovely images.

Considero que somos personas a las que nos encanta planificar las cosas con anterioridad, y es lo que habíamos hecho la noche anterior, donde definimos que al amanecer nos prepararíamos para visitar el microcentro y hacer un desayuno familiar en la ribera de la ciudad.

We are the kind of people who love planning things in advance, and that is exactly what we had done the night before: we decided that at daybreak, we would get ready to visit the city center and have a family breakfast by the riverfront.

Esa mañana deserté antes de que sonara la "alarma" del "despertador", incluso antes de que aclarara. Sucedió que el trinar del zorzal en esa hora de la madrugada donde todo está en silencio, sus cantos despiertan hasta el más remolón. La aproximación de la primavera ha puesto en alerta a esta especie de aves, que han comenzado a llamar al ave que será su pareja este año para anidar.

That morning, I woke up before the alarm clock even went off—before it was even light outside. It so happened that the trilling of the thrush—occurring in those early morning hours when everything is silent—was loud enough to rouse even the sleepiest person. The approach of spring has stirred this bird species into action; they have begun calling out to potential mates for this year's nesting season.

Al ver por la ventana, pude notar y percibir que el día sería muy agradable, de esos propios de los días primaverales que requieren una nueva planificación para pasar momentos inolvidables absorbiendo la energía que emana la naturaleza. La verdad es que había sido un fin de semana complicado, divertido pero ajetreado, y venía muy bien equilibrar las emociones.

Looking out the window, I could sense that it was going to be a lovely day—the kind of spring day that calls for a change of plans, inviting us to create unforgettable moments while soaking up the energy radiating from nature. The truth is, it had been a complicated weekend—fun, certainly, but hectic—so finding a way to restore emotional balance was just what I needed.

A decir verdad, no ha sido para nada complicado convencer a mis seres queridos a cambiar el plan del día. Cuando les comenté que el clima era el causante, estuvieron de acuerdo en llevar nuestra ¨cámara¨ :  a la reserva para hacer nuestras "cacerías" de "sombras", y como ven, ha sido una definición acertada.

To tell the truth, it wasn't difficult at all to convince my loved ones to change our plans for the day. When I mentioned that the weather was the reason, they agreed to take our "camera" to the reserve to go on our "shadow hunts," and as you can see, it turned out to be an apt description.
