Walking through a part of the city center where history fills the air (Es-Eng)

Hola a todos los que siempre me están acompañando en esta maravillosa ¨Wednesday¨-¨Walk¨-¨Community¨: Siempre feliz de acompañar a mi amigo tattoodjay:  en su hermoso desafío que nos hace replantear y hacer algo saludable para nuestro organismo, mientras que al momento de hacer fotografías de los espacios donde caminamos podemos descansar la mente.

Hello to everyone who always joins me in this wonderful "Wednesday Walk" community: I am always happy to join my friend tattoodjay in his beautiful challenge. It encourages us to rethink our habits and do something healthy for our bodies, while allowing us to rest our minds as we take photos of the places where we walk.

Siempre que nos organizamos con la familia para salir a caminar, tratamos de buscar un lugar que, además de hermoso, tenga historia, es decir, que sean de esos lugares donde podamos pasarla bien, mientras les enseñamos algo importante sobre el espacio que visitamos a los más pequeños.

Whenever we plan a family walk, we try to find a place that—in addition to being beautiful—holds historical significance. We look for spots where we can have a good time while teaching the little ones something important about the place we are visiting.

En ese aspecto, este ¨paseo¨:  tiene mucho que contar, dado que es de esos espacios más antiguos de aquí. Muchas cosas sucedieron con el correr de los años, y es bueno compartir estas cosas que son importantes sobre nuestra cultura y es bueno que los más pequeños conozcan de su existencia.

In that regard, this promenade has a lot of stories to tell, given that it is one of the oldest such spaces around here. Many things have happened over the years; it is good to share these important aspects of our culture, and it is good for the little ones to learn about its existence.

Este hermoso ¨espacio¨:  recreativo está ubicado en un ¨barrio¨: encantador, uno muy visitado por los turistas que llegan hasta aquí para pasarla bien con sus seres queridos, además de conocer esos lugares icónicos que tienen que ver con lo cultural de la ciudad.

This beautiful recreational space is located in a charming neighborhood—one frequently visited by tourists who come here to enjoy time with their loved ones and explore the city's iconic cultural landmarks.

La verdad es que visitar estos hermosos rincones siempre es gratificante, sobre todo cuando estás frente a lugares donde pasaron muchas cosas que son parte del curso de la ¨historia¨:  En este sitio, muchos jóvenes pasaron por aquí para aprender cómo se hace para defender nuestra soberanía si fuera necesario. Tal como les mencioné al principio, me encantan las caminatas cuando durante ellas paso por lugares muy significativos.

The truth is that visiting these beautiful spots is always rewarding, especially when standing before places where significant events unfolded—events that are part of the course of history: Many young people passed through this site to learn how to defend our sovereignty should the need arise. As I mentioned at the beginning, I love walks that take me past places of great significance.
