El día de ayer visité a un tío que hace tiempo no veía, y justamente hablábamos de estas cosas, de cómo ha cambiado todo, en especial los niños y los jóvenes en sus comportamientos y la forma de ser.

Hoy que hay más medios y facilidad para que las personas estemos comunicadas, está sucediendo todo lo contrario. Poco a poco se está perdiendo ese calor humano que uno siente al reunirse y pasar tiempo con las personas.

No creo que haya un cambio de reflexión, o al menos creo que nosotros no lo vamos a ver. Es triste decir esto, pero creo que es así.

Yesterday, I visited an uncle I hadn't seen in a long time, and we happened to be talking about these very things—how everything has changed, especially the behavior and nature of children and young people.

Even though we have more means and ease of communication today, the exact opposite is happening. Little by little, we are losing that human warmth one feels when gathering and spending time with others.

I don't think there will be a shift in mindset—or at least, I don't think we will live to see it. It is sad to say, but I believe that is the reality.
