Hola a todos los seguidores de esta maravillosa ¨Feathered FriendsCommunity¨: Cuesta creer cómo pasan los días; en un abrir y cerrar de ojos llegamos al día en que acostumbramos a participar de este genial ¨Show-Me-A-Photo-Contest¨: La verdad es que estas últimas semanas hemos tenido días muy fríos, y cuando sucede, no se ven tantas aves, pero por suerte aun así hemos visto preciosos ejemplares.
Hello to all the followers of this wonderful ¨Feathered FriendsCommunity¨: It's hard to believe how the days go by; in the blink of an eye, we arrive at the day when we usually participate in this great ¨Show-Me-A-Photo-Contest¨: The truth is that these last few weeks we have had very cold days, and when that happens, you don't see as many birds, but luckily we have still seen some beautiful specimens.

Les he comentado que solemos acostumbrarnos a sentarnos en el fondo de casa para observar a las aves, pero como últimamente ha estado haciendo frío, no lo hemos estado haciendo. Las veces que visitamos el fondo han sido porque hemos oído a las aves trinar. Así fue como dimos con esta preciosa ¨especie¨ :
I've mentioned that we usually sit in the backyard to watch the birds, but since it's been cold lately, we haven't been doing that. The times we've gone out there have been because we've heard the birds chirping. This is how we found this beautiful ¨species¨ :
Estas son ¨especies¨: que generalmente se ven en los días cálidos, especialmente en los horarios de la siesta; si bien ha estado haciendo frío, hubo algunos días que el "sol" ha estado fuerte, creando una tarde agradable. Fue entonces que, después de mucho tiempo, nos han visitado estas aves preciosas.
These are speciesthat are generally seen on warm days, especially during siesta time; although it has been cold, there were some days when the sun was strong, creating a pleasant afternoon. It was then that, after a long time, these beautiful birds visited us.
De los tres tipos de aves que hemos visto esta semana, creo que estos ¨ejemplares: son los que mejores se adaptan, ya que, sin importar el clima, ellos siempre están visitando el jardín de casa. Quizás de las especies que hemos visto son las más simples en apariencia, aunque debo decir que lo que más me atrae de ellos es esa sencilla apariencia.
Of the three types of birds we've seen this week, I think these ¨specimens: are the best adapted, since, regardless of the weather, they're always visiting the garden. Perhaps of the species we've seen, they're the simplest in appearance, although I must say that what attracts me most to them is that simple appearance.
La verdad es que no me puedo quejar del jardín de casa; allí siempre hay aves preciosas posando para que con nuestra¨camara¨ : les hagamos hermosas fotografías. Qué genial son nuestros avistamientos; siempre disfrutamos de la presencia de bellos ejemplares.
The truth is, I can't complain about my garden; there are always beautiful birds posing there so we can take lovely photos with our camera. Our birdwatching is fantastic; we always enjoy the presence of beautiful specimens.
