Thankful for the reservation for this week's chanterelles (¨Es-Eng¨)

Me encanta los viernes, dado que es cuando visito esta genial ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  y darles a conocer las variedades de hongos que hallamos durante los días de la semana en la reserva, y por supuesto, unirme a este maravilloso ¨FungiFridayContest¨:   que gentilmente organiza nuestro amigo @ewkaw. Un interesante desafío que me encanta participar porque me permite conocer y descubrir nuevas especies de hongos

I love Fridays, since that's when I visit this great ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  and let them know the varieties of mushrooms that we find during the days of the week in the reserve, and of course, join this wonderful ¨FungiFridayContest¨:   kindly organized by our friend @ewkaw. An interesting challenge that I love to participate in because it allows me to learn about and discover new species of mushrooms

Esta semana ha sido un poco complicada, pasaron muchas cosas que me tiene estresado, por suerte tengo esta hermosa reserva cerca de casa donde pudo huir de las situaciones estresantes y buscar hongos como método de relajación y esparcimientos. Nuevamente el predio estuvo a la altura y dimos con este hongo llamado ¨coprófilo¨:  una especie que necesita de ¨estiércol¨ para desarrollarse, por lo que se puede ver, no hemos sido los primeros en ver a estos pequeños, alguien nos ganó y vio antes que nosotros, al parecer le gustan mucho los hongos, ya que aprovecho para dar un mordisco al níscalo

This week has been a bit complicated, many things happened that have me stressed, luckily I have this beautiful reserve near home where I was able to escape from stressful situations and look for mushrooms as a method of relaxation and spreads. Once again the property was up to par and we found this mushroom called ¨coprophyllum¨:  a species that needs ¨manure¨ to develop, so You can see, we were not the first to see these little ones, someone beat us and saw them before us, apparently they really like mushrooms, since I take the opportunity to take a bite of the chanterelle

Ha estado lloviendo seguido en mi ciudad, y como saben, es muy bueno para el desarrollo de los hongos, en días como estos, podemos escoger cualquiera de los senderos de la reserva que seguro vamos a dar con algún tipo de hongo; en esta oportunidad dimos con un precioso hongo llamado ¨Auricularia auricula-judae¨:  me encanta su forma, su textura, su color y la apariencia a un postre de ¨gelatina¨

It has been raining often in my city, and as you know, it is very good for the development of fungi, on days like these, we can choose any of the trails in the reserve that we are sure to follow find some type of mushroom; On this occasion we found a beautiful mushroom called ¨Auricularia auricula-judae¨:  I love its shape, its texture, its color and the appearance of a “jelly” dessert

Ha sido maravilloso encontrar esta especie de hongos, debo admitir que me tienta llevarlos a casa y preparar una exquisita comida con ellos, pero como les mencione varias veces, en casa no acostumbramos a comer hongos silvestres, pero si ingresan en el ¨link¨: verán que es comestible, y es de esos hongos muy buscado por chef internacionales.
