En esta parte del mundo finalmente ha llegado la primavera; muchas plantas florales en las calles nos están obsequiando flores preciosas. Caminar por las calles de la ciudad con tanta belleza es algo que siempre nos agrada, ya que en el microcentro hay mucha presencia natural.
Spring has finally arrived in this part of the world; many flowering plants along the streets are gifting us with beautiful blossoms. Walking through the city streets amidst such beauty is always a pleasure, as there is a strong presence of nature in the downtown area.

Si bien el municipio hace un gran trabajo plantando y cuidando los árboles que hay en las calles, las personas y dueños de casa son los que colaboran con el mantenimiento y que se vean preciosas las plantas de las veredas. Esto es lo que más nos encanta al pasear por el centro de la ciudad: ver las preciosas flores perfumando y coloreando con belleza nuestras calles.
While the municipality does a great job planting and caring for the street trees, it is the residents and homeowners who help with maintenance and ensure the sidewalk plants look beautiful. This is what we love most about strolling through the city center: seeing lovely flowers adding fragrance and beautiful color to our streets.

Esta parte del microcentro es realmente hermosa, sobre todo en la avenida que tiene grandes y espaciosas veredas donde las personas cuentan con más superficies para sembrar y desarrollar las plantas florales. Me encantan las flores blancas, aunque debo admitir que las flores rosadas son muy delicadas y hermosas.
This part of the downtown area is truly beautiful, especially along the avenue with its wide, spacious sidewalks, which give people more space to plant and grow flowering plants. I love white flowers, though I must admit that the pink ones are incredibly delicate and beautiful.

Me encantó que esta "cacería" de sombras la hiciéramos en la ribera; la costa es el lugar ideal para hacer tomas de sombras, dado que hay muchos elementos que forman patrones de sombras hermosas. I loved that we went on this shadow "hunt" by the water's edge; the coast is the ideal place to capture shadows, given the many elements that create beautiful shadow patterns. I'm always so happy to bring along our "camera" so we don't miss out on any photos—or any shadow opportunities.
