Si bien este es uno de esos ¨barrios¨: que visitamos las veces que caminamos por el microcentro, esta área del barrio no es muy común para nosotros. En esta oportunidad los hemos hecho porque visitamos un "museo" que está en esta inmediación.
While this is one of those "barrios": that we visit when we walk through the city center, this area of the neighborhood is not very common for us. We took these photos because we visited a "museum" nearby.

Tengo que admitir que me ha sorprendido caminar por la calle "Plácido"-"Martínez"; desconocía totalmente que había presencia de muchos edificios de épocas bien conservados, algo que poco a poco los voy a ir enseñando; pero lo curioso sucedió al llegar a una intersección entre la calle por la cual caminaba y la calle "Caa"-"Guazú", que muchas veces oí hablar, pero no sabía dónde se encontraba. Allí dimos con esta preciosa obra pintada en el frente de una vieja casona.
I have to admit that I was surprised to walk along Plácido-Martínez Street; I was completely unaware that there were many well-preserved buildings from bygone eras, something I will gradually show you; but the curious thing happened when I reached an intersection between the street I was walking on and Caa-Guazú Street, which I had often heard about, but didn't know where it was located. There we found this beautiful work painted on the front of an old house.

Si son de los que siguen mi post de los días martes, saben que este tipo de trabajo no es muy común encontrar en mi ciudad; quizás sea porque, como dije anteriormente, no acostumbramos a caminar en esta parte de la ciudad. La verdad es llamativa y tiene lo suyo, pero no es la que quería presentar esta semana. Pero no se impaciente, la que escogí para esta semana está en otro ¨barrio¨: no muy lejos, lo cual ha sido genial no caminar mucho para llegar.
If you're one of those who follow my Tuesday posts, you know that this type of work isn't very common in my city; perhaps it's because, as I mentioned before, we don't usually walk around this part of town. It's certainly eye-catching and has its own charm, but it's not the one I wanted to share this week. But don't be impatient, the one I chose for this week is in another "barrio": not too far away, which has been great since I didn't have to walk far to get there.
