Buenas tardes queridos amigos. Aprecio de todo corazón el apoyo y la compañía que brindan a mis post diarios. Estamos muy felices de como están saliendo las cosas en nuestra huerta, y la queríamos compartir con todos ustedes.

Como ustedes recordaran, hace aproximadamente dos meses hemos sembrado cebollita de verdeo desde su bulbo, en su momento comente que es el método más rápido de obtener los resultados, y ¡Vaya que fue rápido!

Las cebollitas que hemos sembrado han crecido y superaron los quince centímetros de altura y estamos en condiciones de hacer nuestro primer corte, además tuvimos una sorpresa extra. Varias plantas de cebollitas nos regalaron hermosos capullos llenos de semillas, estas son ideales para nuestra próxima siembra. Algunos capullos ya han abierto, para conservar hasta que estén listas para sembrar, la ubicaremos dentro de un papel

El corte de la cebollita es muy simple, solo deben tener en cuenta de dejar unos cinco centímetros de hojas para que sigan creciendo. La cebollita es un exquisito condimento, ideal para acompañar muchas recetas: Aquí hay dos platos que hacemos con frecuencias, las conocidas empanadas y las tortillas, estas últimas están hechas con harina, tomate, y el ingrediente principal, las cebollitas. La cocción salió muy deliciosa, y los disfrutamos mucho.
