I love these walks when I come across a positive message (Es-Eng)

Qué alegría siento al llegar el día de visitar esta preciosa ¨Wednesday¨-¨Walk¨-¨Community¨: Tal como hacemos los miércoles, acompañando a mi amigo tattoodjay:  en su genial iniciativa. Lo que me gusta de esta propuesta semanal es que tengo la oportunidad de compartir con todos mis amigos las preciosas y hermosas fotografías de los lugares que tenemos en la ciudad donde acostumbramos hacer nuestras caminatas.

What a joy it is to visit this beautiful "Wednesday-Walk-Community":Just like we do every Wednesday, joining my friend tattoodjay": in his fantastic initiative. What I love about this weekly event is that I have the opportunity to share with all my friends the beautiful photos of the places in the city where we usually take our walks.

Si te encanta caminar por lugares preciosos en cercanía a la naturaleza, nuestra ¨ciudad¨:  es el lugar ideal. Las calles del microcentro albergan lugares hermosos donde uno puede visitar y pasar un rato agradable con la familia; como esta preciosa esquina donde está un ¨comercio¨: que vende exquisiteces, pero lo que más me gusta del sitio es que constantemente están ornamentando un espacio en la vereda para que las personas que lo visitan sientan que es un lugar exclusivo. Lo bueno de este espacio es que va cambiando según el ¨evento¨: que se está promocionando.

If you love walking through beautiful places close to nature, our "city": is the ideal place. The streets of the city center are home to beautiful spots where you can visit and spend a pleasant time with your family; like this lovely corner where there's a "shop": that sells delicacies, but what I like most about the place is that they're constantly decorating a space on the sidewalk so that people who visit feel like it's an exclusive spot. The great thing about this space is that it changes depending on the ¨event¨: being promoted.

Una caminata que me encanta hacer es sobre una de las ¨avenidas¨:  que tenemos en el microcentro y bordea toda la costa. Esta zona es bastante irregular y es a causa de que en este lugar culminan algunas calles y, para que luzcan bien, lo han complementado con algunas preciosas plazoletas, y una de ellas es un hermoso rincón que brinda homenaje a uno de los ¨proceres¨:  de la ciudad.

One of my favorite walks is along one of the "avenues": that we have in the city center, and it runs along the entire coast. This area is quite irregular because some streets end here, and to make it look nice, they've added some lovely little plazas, one of which is a beautiful spot that pays homage to one of the "heroes": of the city.

En algunos de mis otros posts ya les había hablado de estos pequeños espacios, y que en la mayoría de ellos hay un homenaje. Esta ¨plazoleta¨: además de ser un rincón hermoso, lo que me gusta es que hay un monumento muy emotivo, dedicado a la ¨paz¨:  del mundo, algo realmente importante, sobre todo ahora que hay conflictos en muchas partes del mundo, y cada vez son más las personas que se suman en mensajes por la "paz".

In some of my other posts I've already talked about these small spaces, and how most of them contain a tribute. This "plaza":besides being a beautiful corner, what I like is that there's a very moving monument, dedicated to "peace":of the world, something truly important, especially now that there are conflicts in many parts of the world, and more and more people are joining in with messages for "peace".

Este precioso ¨monumento¨:  se creó hace varios años y ha sido impulsada por varias "colectividades". Lo que hace más llamativo e interesante es que el mensaje ¨“Que-la-paz-prevalezca-sobre-la-tierra”¨:  ha sido escrito en varios idiomas. Algo que no llama mi atención, dado que nuestra ¨ciudad¨:  siempre ha sido amigable con todos los inmigrantes del mundo que escogieron Corrientes como un lugar para establecerse.

This beautiful "monument": was created several years ago and has been promoted by various "collectives". What makes it more striking and interesting is that the message “May peace prevail on earth” has been written in several languages. This doesn't surprise me, given that our “city” has always been welcoming to all immigrants from around the world who have chosen Corrientes as a place to settle.
