Esta semana la búsqueda de murales ha sido bastante movida, dado que tuvimos que visitar varios lugares antes de ocuparnos de encontrar una obra para fotografiar. Todo comenzó en la zona sur de la ciudad; en esta área hay un gran ¨barrio¨: que suele ser muy pretencioso para estas cosas, pero la verdad no ha sido como lo esperábamos.
This week, the search for murals was quite a journey, as we had to visit several locations before finally finding a piece to photograph. It all began in the southern part of the city; In this area, there is a large "neighborhood" that tends to be quite pretentious when it comes to these sorts of things, but, in truth, it wasn't what we had expected.

Lo bueno de mi ciudad es que puedes visitar un lugar con algo en mente, pero si no resulta como planeabas, siempre hay otras opciones; es lo que sucedió durante nuestra búsqueda de murales por este barrio del sur. Al no encontrar nada nos dirigimos a otro¨barrio¨: de la ciudad. Como saben, dado que en algún momento ya hablamos de la obra que está en las calles de este barrio, fuimos hasta allí con total seguridad.
The good thing about my city is that you can set out to visit a place with a specific goal in mind, but if things don't go as planned, there are always other options—which is exactly what happened while we were searching for murals in this southern neighborhood. After finding nothing, we headed to another "neighborhood" in the city.
As you know—since we have previously discussed the construction work taking place on the streets of this neighborhood—we went there with complete confidence.

Tal como les vengo comentando, estoy tratando de ponerme al día con los tramos de obra que tengo pendientes, por eso hemos regresado aquí para compartir otro tramo de esta ¨preciosura¨: que ha sido creado en honor a los animales que hacen vida en esta parte del mundo.
As I’ve been mentioning, I’m trying to catch up on the various sections of this project that I still have pending. That’s why we’ve returned here to share another part of this “lovely piece of work”—created in honor of the animals that inhabit this part of the world.

La obra es preciosa; este tramo del ¨mural¨: esta representando a un animal muy tierno propio de esta ¨region¨: La verdad es que la ¨artista¨: sabe lo que hace, dado que ha plasmado en el gran mural bellos animales que son propios de la región donde vivo.
The work is beautiful; This section of the ¨mural¨: depicts a very endearing animal native to this "region." The "artist" clearly knows her craft, as she has captured beautiful animals native to the region where I live on this large mural.
