This is a video of me climbing and building some jumpers from the main line to a tap. Yes it is all de-energized and our proper grounding equipment has been put on.
Don't worry about the wrappers I made sure to pick them up after i was done. This pole is a 40 footer that is about 6 feet in the ground.
