How are the gas fees or transferring is it a lot>?
Honestly I don't remember as to how much the gas fees I spent that time. What I do remember is the total gas fees I spent when I cashed out (which was just days ago), and it was around $12 in total.
They do have a site that tells one about the current estimated cost for doing transactions in Axie. At times like today, it is quite high with transactions averaging at $27-$38. I think when I did mine it was only around $2-$5.
You are even earning more than me who works 8 hours a day in a hospital hehehe. It's making me think if I should also start this sideline. My only problem is getting a team with a budget.

Yep! It is a pretty good sideline especially once you reach Ruin Level 15+ as it will drastically cut the time spent on this game. I do agree though that the huge-cost entry barrier is indeed difficult.
For me thankfully I pulled a golden Zaku (do you play Splinterlands?) last month and also was fortunate enough that when I did my Hive Powerdown (I stopped now) it was enough to get me 3 very cheap Axies. XD
So far, pretty great. I already gotten back half of my investment after just 2 weeks of playing. If current prices hold for a week, I will be able to fully get back my investment in just 3 weeks of playing. XD
