Not sure if lucky or not but I found another hero on one of my adventures today on Holybread. This is now the 9th hero that I found so I have no choice but to finally 'release' one.
I did put some of my heroes on sale in the market at the lowest possible value ($0.4) but no one really bothers buying 'common' heroes. It was also quite a shock to me to learn that the fee for selling is (30 Cent + 5%) + (10 Cent per equipped item) which is deducted from the final sale price so I think the wise thing to do is just release common heroes.
So yeah, bye bye Isabelle! XD
