Do people really piss themselves when they die?

So I have been watching the TV Show Brooklyn Nine-Nine in which a hired killer said that people whom he have shot always piss themselves off the moment they die. I have also seen this from other TV shows and series, and even Game of Thrones does this. How true is this one?
