Good heavens, during yesterday afternoon and evening, we had a real storm here. I am talking about more than four hours of intense downpours, lightning, thunder, and impressive gales. So today at dawn, a huge bank of white fog, very dense and slow-moving, was stationed in the valley and covered all the streets of the town... And I, obviously, had to go out and take advantage of these weather conditions, as I do almost every time this happens!...

Santos cielos, durante la tarde y la noche de ayer tuvimos una verdadera tormenta aquí. Hablo de más de cuatro horas de intensos aguaceros, rayos, truenos y ventarrones impresionantes. Así que hoy al amanecer, un enorme banco de niebla blanca, muy densa y de lento desplazamiento, se encontraba apostado en el valle y cubría la totalidad de las calles del pueblo... ¡Y yo, obviamente, tenía que salir a aprovechar estas condiciones climáticas, como lo hago casi siempre que esto ocurre!...

As expected, the storm left the town without electricity (although here that happens even without any storm) and neither the telephone service nor the internet was working. The fog also conspired to delay the possible view of the solar disk in the sky until around 10:00 AM. So it was a perfect morning to take photographs and capture those little stories that happen in the streets of the town...

Como era de esperarse, la tormenta dejó sin electricidad al pueblo (aunque aquí eso ocurre incluso sin tormenta alguna) y tampoco la telefonía ni el internet estaban funcionando. También la niebla conspiró para retrasar la posible vista del disco solar en el cielo hasta cerca de las 10:00 AM. Así que fue una mañana perfecta para hacer fotografías y capturar esas pequeñas historias que ocurren en las calles del pueblo...
