The crack appeared during the earthquake of June 24th, but that house operated as a bar until about eight years ago, when lightning struck and killed a drunk customer in the courtyard (I'm serious) 😐. Since then, it's remained abandoned because the bar owner never reopened. So, it's not a very lucky place after all. In fact, the owner recently passed away, and I believe his descendants are living abroad, so there's little chance of it being repaired. And it's a shame, because it's a large and beautiful colonial house... ☹️
