Well it seems that the succulents are doing better than expected with the cold, they even look better than those here in Venezuela when we are in the rainy season and they are not well protected... By the way, my mother and my wife use pH neutral soap solutions to eliminate small pests like those... The proportions of water/soap that they use are usually "by eye percentage" according to the number of visible pests, but I do not remember any plant being damaged by applying soap and water, but I do know that most of the mites and aphids disappear...
