Oh my, that market is still there! I used to spend my childhood vacations in Lara (back in the 80s). My dad worked up on the hill in Terepaima National Park—where the TV station antennas are located—and I remember we’d drive up via the Cabudare-Aguaviva road and spend weeks of our school break there... And whenever we’d "come down" to Barquisimeto, we’d sometimes go to that market to buy supplies! Thanks for sharing this @gpache friend!
