I exercised a little more today by including a little walking and basketball. It is becoming more and more comfortable for me to go out and participate in sports activities, even if it consists only of walking through nature.
I bought a fitbit smartwatch so that I won't have to keep my cell phone on my shoulder all the time. It is a liberating experience. Now I won't have to worry about forgetting a step anywhere. Wear it, forget it.
Watches of this type may seem a bit intrusive in terms of personal data, but on the other hand it is the only way to take advantage of your time.
Time is the future, after all. Your every activity, and everything that asks for and receives your attention, is going to reward you as you reward it with your time. A fair transaction.
As the saying goes, "time is money, crypto-money"
