The Internet is filled with an overwhelming amount of information regarding every possible subject area one can imagine. It has become a household tool to aid in our everyday lives, but individuals must be aware that not everything they read on the Internet is truthful, useful, and or helpful.
As a cryptocurrency investor, I regularly search the Internet to determine market trends, latest news and specifically what each of my investments is doing. Like most of the information published on the web, you have to decide if what you are reading is credible, accurate, and helpful. One can, on any given day, do a search on cryptocurrency news and find an article stating that the entire crypto-market is a scam and users should stay away at all costs, and yet see another article that talks about the massive potential of this sector, and why now is the time to invest.
Doing a more granular search on individual investments, you often find yourself gathering information through blogs and tweets, which brings me to the purpose of this article. Although the information retrieved through these media platforms can be helpful, it often includes comments and statements that degrade the intellectual content that serious investors are seeking. Here are a few examples of blog comments and tweets that have no significant value regarding the current and future state of a specific cryptocurrency:
And the list goes on and on. Frankly speaking, if I were an investor considering investing in a specific cryptocurrency and came across any other these tweets or blog comments, I would probably stay clear of that investment.
Now, here are some examples of tweets and blog comments that present useful information to current and future investors:
Several of my examples reference a Cryptocurrency called DeepOnion a company that provides a currency technology that is completely anonymous and untraceable with all transactions sent privately through the TOR network. If you are interested in reviewing a cryptocurrency that offers transparent and timely information regarding its utility and future focus, then head over to the DeepOnion forum. Hands down, this is by far the most informative forum of any cryptocurrency I have reviewed.
In conclusion, for all those that read this article, please be mindful of what you tweet and blog, for your input can have a positive or negative effect on the success of a referenced cryptocurrency.
