Blender is not just for modelling, although the following scene is entirely made in Blender, Blender has an incredible green screen function As you can see by the image below, it has a green screen, but it has a gradient. There are also bright reflective patches. So all has to be removed and made transparent.
Next the model of the bakery was made, weathered down to make it look old and used, stains on the tiles etc.
The final step is to composite them both together. Balancing colour, lighting, etc.
