'Hattipolo'- polo game which is played by sitting in elephant's back , is closed for forever. It was only played in Nepal since 1982 (35 years) but is restricted from this year regarding animal right issues.It was exploitation of the huge animal in the name of entertainment or tourist promotion, but I felt bad when I observed the huge animals running after football that too being controlled by Mahutes , in HATTI MAHOTSAV or so ,few year back in Sauraha .
