An extension of what I like to take pictures of are those that I see as spots that seem peaceful.
Truly nothing existential or poetic, but a photograph of a view that seems like a place where someone can stand, look out and just think.
Personally, my peace is on the beach, but hey I can't be on a beach 24/7 and there are plenty of other places; especially here in the state of Florida where you can find some very nature forward areas to enjoy.
I'm a citified dude from New York, so my appreciation for the beauty of nature came along way later in life and perhaps a bit silly that I can be in awe of a simple scenery that folks have long been appreciative of such wonders.
Living in the sunshine state has definitely opened up my eyes to the wonders of nature. Not to mention the two years I lived in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania before heading out here for good. Talk about nature. Too way out in the boondocks for my liking.
Photography was never something I aspired to and honestly never purchased a phone with that in mind, until the current iPhone I have and wanted to have the ability to take awesome pictures and it surely does that.
Of course, my skills have to evolve to the point that it can actually be exceptional visual content, but thankfully the phone does wonders to make one look somewhat adept to taking photographs.
Being on the HIVE blockchain, letting these pictures sit in my camera roll would be foolish; so I like to upload them and tell a story or two along the way.
There really isn't a story behind this particular shot that I uploaded for this post, but it definitely fits into those pictures I like to take of a particular setting that opens up the possibility to tell one.
