Today, I went for my latest physical and every year I go in nervous but proud of how I take care of my health and fitness better the last 10 plus years compared to my first 40 plus years.

As I am getting closer and close to 60 years you would never know that I'm 58 years old. Very few people if at all believe I'm that age. I don't feel it most of the time. There are days that I'm like "shit I feel old" lol but that's after busting my ass during a workout or running at an event whether it's a 5K, 10K or beyond.

It looks like I cleared another hurdle as I didn't see any red flags from my labs and during my visit with the doctor he didn't have any concerns, so this post is just feeling blessed. I do meet with him in four weeks to go over the labs but I'm going in confident opposed to nervous.
