I hope everyone is well. Everyone's time is going well. I hope that I will write the things that I will write today from my own experience. I hope you will like it.Although the picture is much earlier, but trying to write my own experience of that day today, I hope you like it.

Since we live in urban areas, the papayas we eat have a lot of formalin in them and most of all, everything looks fresh because of the formalin, but it goes without saying that there are no vitamins inside and formalin is very harmful for the body.I went on a trip to the mountains late last year and the biggest fun thing is when I went out to hang out with my friends and I have some experiences going there that I will share with you today.
The life of the people in the hilly areas is very difficult because they live a much harder life than the people in the plains and the food becomes very difficult for them so they try to survive by eating fruits. In fact, they are very advanced in agriculture, but they are very good at cultivating fruits.Fruit cultivation is more prevalent in hilly areas than other food crops, as the soil there is very suitable for fruits.
The funniest thing we did when we went to the hilly area was when we went to visit the small villages in the hilly area where the fresh fruits were available in the markets and the most available were papaya and they were very ripe and very fun to eat.I think there are a lot of vitamins in fruits from the plains to the fruits in the hills and those who buy these fruits from very close get very good fruits and the biggest thing is that they are a lot of fun to eat and they have a lot of vitamins.
Since the hilly areas are crowded with tourists, the people there try to serve the tourists well. We enjoyed the day we bought the fruit and we ate it with great satisfaction because the fruit is so much It was fresh and very tasty which is much better than ours areas. Ripe papaya is rich in Vitamin A and the most interesting thing is that curry can be cooked with ripe papaya and curry can be cooked with raw papaya. All in all, papaya is a very beneficial fruit for the body from all sides They should go around and eat the papayas in the mountains with a little effort. It's really fun.
