Hello guys,
How is everyone doing, This is actually my first time blogging in this community I actually just discovered about it and hopefully I’ve got more fun stuffs to share here. This Christmas season I was just thinking what can give you to guys as my Xmas gift. Then it hit me, sometime back I learnt how to make a Christmas trees star. So in this post I will be showing you how to make a Star which can be used to decorate the Christmas tree.
For this activity, you needn’t buy plenty items just a card board paper(preferably the soft one) and a scissors. It would be great if you were able to get the colored card board paper. Now let’s follow this step by step procedure
Spread the paper, take one end of the paper and bring it downwards forming a triangle like in the image below.
Cut off the excess parts, leaving only the triangular image. As shown below
Open it up and fold it horizontally.
Like we did in step 1, take top end of the paper and fold it in the shape of a triangle. Like in the image below.
Open it up and this time around take the bottom end and fold it in the shape of a triangle, this creates an X shape line on the paper. See image below
Pick the last end of the paper and fold it to the middle of the X line on the paper. See image below
Pick the end on the point and fold it back. See image below
Pick the far end at your left hand side and fold it to cover the space. See image below
Fold the entire setup behind. See image below
Cut of the excess parts as seen in the image below
Open it up, with the help of the scissors cut three lines. Two In the middle and one at the side.
Fold it nicely to look like a triangle. See image below
Open it up and start folding it from the cut edges like this (see image). Do it for all edges.
Turn it back and you have your star. I took the liberty to color mine Red. If you used the color card board no need to color it again.
You can stick it on your Christmas tree or used it in decorating your room. I hope you find this tutorial useful. Enjoy the weekend and see you later. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them in the comment section. Thank you.
