This is a story of one woman with boundless energy. Listen to my interview with here on DublinCityFM
In her own words:
The first time I did charity work I wore a Miss Piggy outfit😜 Since then I progressed to organising and fundraiser fashions shows , 5k runs, bag packs, church collections, concerts, festivals, soup runs, charity singles, videos, events, cycles and MC’d events , white Wedding for a homeless couple and most recently a community variety show. I never asked for a single penny and worked for months/years on these projects.
I also worked as National Speaker for Teenline reaching 22,000 children in one year alone (volunteer first then employee).
Then I decided I needed to get to more people and help get the message of hope, change and love out here using the Arts, Music and Laughter as the best route forward.
All my time helping others was given from my heart, in fact I never asked for thanks or the Credit.
Over the years that kind of energy investment cost me sleepless nights, body stress, endless time driving, family time, and impacted on me in profound ways. I never gave up, lost my passion to help others or belief that good things come and that without the love and support of amazing people none of this would be happening ❤️❤️So I created a radio show called The Power Of Dreams (quick plug 93.9FM weds 12-1.00 😉)🦄🌸💫
I managed to do a Degree, have 3 children, support the journey financially somehow and still reach out for others who needed help.
So finally it’s MY TIME..( so lucky to have my Darlin Glenn share the same vision )
Together we are going to continue to help others by sharing our knowledge and life energy and spread hope. Starting with this Friday on The Hill Of Tara....Bringing The Power Of Dreams and making it Real !! #hilloftaramagic'
