I was hoping to catch some part of the rocket trail from the SpaceX launch earlier this morning. Two things got in the way. First off, clouds, a bit hard to see rockets when clouds are in the way. And second, the launched itself was postponed (AGAIN).
Since I was already dressed up for the cold and outside, figured I wait a bit longer to catch the sunrise instead.
It wasn't as pretty as I had hoped and none of the pictures that I took really turned out that well. I've been focusing a bit more on manual adjustments than letting the smartphone pick its own settings.
Here's one with a bit slower shutter speed and low ISO. Tweaked a bit afterward.
Mainly the same settings with white balance set to 7800K. Same sunrise, slightly different spot.
Photos were taken with a Samsung S8.
