PREAMBLE

HIV continues to be a major global public health issue. Since 2000, 38.1 million people have become infected with HIV and 25.3 million people have died of AIDS-related illnesses. In 2014, an estimated 36.9 million people were living with HIV (including 2.6 million children) – a global HIV prevalence of 0.8%.2 the vast majority of this number live in low- and middle- income countries. In the same year, 1.2 million people died of AIDS-related illnesses. 25.8 million People living with HIV are in sub-Saharan Africa, accounting for 70% of the global total. Only 54% of all people living with HIV know that they have the virus.

And about 12.7 million cases and 7.6 million cancer deaths are estimated to have occurred in 2016 worldwide, with 65% deaths in the developing countries. The most familiar cancer in women is Breast cancer, with high survival of 83%. Prostate cancer the tumor mostly in men, has global survival rate of 76%. Colorectal cancer (of the colon and rectum), with survival rate of 50-55%. Ovarian cancer depending on age has 70% survival rate between 15-44 years. Lung cancer is the threatening tumor with only 10% of survival even after been diagnosed.

These are just few details about the prevalence of these diseases.

But don't fret, The Innovative Bioresearch's goal and mission is bent on solving most of these issues. This is because they have launched a Token Sale for supporting their AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome associated with HIV infection) cure research, as well as to develop an application providing a on one hand a decentralized database for clinical data generated by their future human trials, to overcome the limitations of the current ancient centralized databases, and on the other hand a social platform for the HIV seropositive community and their future services. Let’s start by focusing on the first goal of this Token Sale, which is to support their AIDS cure research, with an overview of the current state of SupT1 cell infusion therapy, the novel cell-based therapy for HIV conceived by Jonathan Fior, the owner and chief scientific officer of Innovative Bioresearch.

The Goal of Innovative Bioresearch

One of our key objectives is to develop supine cell infusion therapy, our low cell-based therapy for HIV, to enable access to treatment for people who are usually left untreated due to social and / or economic limitations. There are 36.7 million people infected with HIV globally by 2016, 17.5 million are left untreated, according to unaids. We estimate our treatment to be cheaper than antiretroviral therapy (ART), which is conventional drug-based therapy for HIV, and substantially less expensive than gene therapy products that use modified autologous cells offered by our competitors. The social and economic impact of low cost HIV drug solutions such as supt1 cell infusion therapy will be enormous.We plan to use this app specifically for our AIDS healing research, to address the limitations of the current centralized database. However, we believe there may be interest in using our apps by others.

However, this will be an application designed by research scientists for research scientists. Our database will be open to any company or institution interested in using our application to store their clinical data. Moreover, we will encourage them to do so as we believe the scientific data should be publicly shared on our applications.

HOW DOES INNOVATIVE BIORESEARCH WORK?

For research projects, Jonathan Fior works as PI (principal investigator), conceiving the experiments and writing the experiment protocol. The work is then commissioned to a Contract Research Organization (CRO), which physically performs the experiments. Jonathan Fior then supervises all aspects related to the research communicating closely with the CRO. Once the experiments are completed, he analyzes the results and writes a scientific paper, which is published in a peer reviewed scientific journal. This means that although our team is not a large team, we actually have companies with 100+ people working for us. This way we can keep a small, yet strong and great, team. We only publish on open access scientific journals as we believe in free information and don’t want our data being hidden behind a paywall.

INNOVATIVE BIORESEARCH TOKEN

To support research and application development, Innovative Bioresearch publishes its own currency, called INNBC. Tokens are based on the blockbuster Ethereum (ERC20), which shows a high level of reliable security and liquidity. The total number of INNBC tokens generated for the Hard Cup: 50 million, 100 million other tokens will be reserved exclusively for further economic support, and they will not be available for sale. Pre-ICO begins on May 1, 2018 (20 million INNBC-tokens are allocated). The main Token sales will be held in June (allocating approximately 30 million INNBC-tokens). Both stages will last 1.5 months.

Funds received after ICO will be distributed as follows:

50% of all funds will be spent on further research on AIDS treatment methods;
20% will be allocated for ecosystem development;
15% will be used to develop the application;
10% for stock JDM cars;
